Audere Medical Services Limited employ Competent Persons (Decontamination) qualified to minimum BTEC and City & Guilds standards. These team members are also manufacturer trained (major UK, European and US) in maintenance and diagnostic duties. All are registered with the Engineering Council and are members of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management.
Our engineers undertake routine training to ensure they are up to date with the latest regulations, industry advancements and HTM updates. Individual team members include accredited Competent Persons (Decontamination) and Authorising Engineers (Decontamination) with full CPD credentials, Sterilizer Test Persons HTM 2010, Washer Disinfector Test Persons HTM 2030 and Endoscope Processor Test Persons HTM 2030.
The Audere Medical Services Limited engineering teams are all solely employed by the company and each has their own specified regions. We do not employ sub-contractors, which enables us to maximise their effectiveness and ensure a thorough, reliable service.
Whenever possible, the Audere Medical Services Limited team of engineers will perform their work on-site. We understand and appreciate that your apparatus needs to be fully operational therefore; all our engineers are provided with company cars complete with all the necessary tools and apparatus to undertake most procedures at the clients' premises. When they are unable to do this, the necessary arrangements are made for the swift transport of the equipment to our workshop to minimise any disruption. Audere Medical Services Limited will if possible provide a like for like replacement unit whilst your equipment is being repaired in our workshop.
